New parking plaza rates start August 1

Council passed the revised parking schedule Tuesday. The headline for our members: the first 20 minutes downtown are free if the customer uses the START Bus app, then $2/hr up to three hours.

Worth putting a small sign near your register — most of the complaints last time came from people who didn't know about the free window.
